2013 “Get Happy” Volkswagen Game Day Commercial

OH NO. Pretty big sad face here. Volkswagen has let me down… big time. I had such huge expectations. I wanted to be blown away by the VW big game commercial after viewing their teaser ad. But nope, this ad is not doing it for me at all.

First off, I find the guy’s accent annoying. (I know it’s on purpose – duh!) Secondly, there are too many scenes of him cube-hopping I think. And finally, the payoff at the end with the joy ride is, well, BLAH.
